I highly recommend associatedcontent. I’ve submitted a handful of articles there. They give you an offer in about a week which is usually around $4-6 – which isn’t much, but now they offer a performance based payment system too. So, basically, if your article does well, they send you more $ every month.

I heard Associated Content is good but I’ve never really tried it. Other sites similar to AC take longer to pay so I don’t know if you want to try them. Hubpages is a good one.
